Pelland & Vaughan Homes Services was founded by Mark Pelland & Wendy Vaughan, a husband and wife team who offer safe & reliable, quality home repair, improvement & maintenance services to their customers on the North Shore of Massachusetts.

Mark has been a builder since 1986 and has extensive experience in both residential and commercial construction but what he enjoys most are the lasting relationships he has built with his customers over the years. 

The quality of his craftsmanship is second to none and his work is meticulous, especially when it comes to fine details.

His job sites are always immaculately clean and well organized! Mark has the extensive experience necessary to help his customers with a wide range of repair & home improvement projects.   

Wendy is the owner of Pelland & Vaughan Home Services as well as Stay Beautiful Medspa, a boutique skincare business in Woburn.  She noticed a trend among her clients...  "so many of them would mention their frustration with home improvement contractors citing unreliability and poor craftsmanship as their two major concerns" -Wendy Vaughan. 

That’s when Wendy decided to team up with her husband & launch Pelland & Vaughan Home Services knowing that together, she & her husband could provide exceptional quality craftsmanship and meet the needs of many customers.
